Kangaroo meat may have the highest concentration of CLA when compared with other foods. No firm conclusions have been made regarding the ideal CLA content of an individual’s diet. Recently, there has been a surge of interest in CLA because of suggestion, based largely on animal studies, that there may be potential health benefit. Since recent dietary recommendations include eating less animal fat, supplementing CLA may have an overall healthy effect on the body. We do like that Lipitrex contains CLA. CLA is available commercially in doses of about 500mg to 1000mg (or .5 g to 1 g). The optimal dosage is about 3.4 g. The supplement, may overtime, show some results, however burning existing fat is paramount. An approach of balancing nutrition is fine, but seriously eliminating existing fat is another issue. Like all products based on CLA, Lipitrex may take an average of 30 to 60 days to show results. Without a modern fat burner, we do not find Lipitrex to be a complete formulation.
