Summary |
Suvaril is similar to other products marketed on the internet. We do like that the product contains a few vitamins, but in our opinion, the formulation is ineffective for stimulating overall weight loss. Taking your vitamins is one thing, but actually taking effective and patented ingredients is another. We are interested in products that produce consistent and lasting results. Regardless of the claims, the ingredients, whether they are for a man or a woman, are decidedly universal. The formulation alone uses excessive amounts of caffeine as a stimulant.

* Calcium – is the most basic of mineral salts, that in the body is know to strengthen bones.
* B Vitamins – make up a basic group of vitamins that play important roles in the body. B vitamins breakdown and use energy, aid production of red blood cells and promote normal functioning of the nervous system.
* Green Tea Extract - contains the stimulant, caffeine. Excessive caffeine is known to cause restlessness and/or insomnia. Also, people taking aspirin or blood thinning medications should consult their doctor before taking green tea extracts, because they may interfere with blood clotting.

A modern formulation must contain active ingredients that are consistent and effective. We like that Suvaril contains the basic ingredient Chromium, but Suvaril also contains forms of Caffeine. Excessive amounts of caffeine is known to cause restlessness and/or insomnia. People taking aspirin or blood thinning medications should consult their doctor before increasing additional caffeine intake, because caffeine may interfere with blood clotting. More studies are still needed to determine if caffeine is truly beneficial for weight loss.

Suvaril is an overly expensive formulation, for what you get. It does not even offer a free trial sample.
We had hoped a lot more from Suvaril, considering it has recently been seen on a few paid late night advertisements. It’s easy to believe, that this sort of exposure may convey a certain sense of legitimacy to the product, for some. But, the Suvaril website, however, removes most of that credibility for us. Suvaril's claims to offer long-term, healthy weight management, but there are no clinical studies to validate the claims, and the product's ingredients are only average at best.
