According to the author, the diet suggested in this book will balance Leptin levels to enhance weight loss. However, we find the actual diet and weight loss tips suggested in this book are rather common. Ultimately, behind suggesting Leptin to be the culprit, we feel this book does not offer any new concepts to dieters.
Some of the key suggestions in this book include: not eating between meals, drinking Chai Tea around three times a day, eliminating junk foods and refined sugars, always eating breakfast, regularly exercising and not eating 3-4 hours before bed. We find most of this advice certainly is not revolutionary, and definitely not original.
Furthermore, this diet does not suggest the use of an herbal appetite suppressant in order to battle food cravings and hunger while attempting to control caloric intake.
